My name is Zoe and I am a sophomore. For my Personal Project, I wanted to shed light on the important advice older adults have to share. 

 

This journey began with the distance Covid created between my family and I. This is when my interest in psychology first developed and for this project, I have combined my love for writing with my interest in psychology. I have interviewed people to better understand how Covid affected their lives. The lessons they shared with me, I hope will help others. Adults who have lived long, rich lives are often ignored by our society, leading to loneliness and isolation. I asked adults a variety of similar questions and through this, I have received similar, yet varying stories and lessons that can be very beneficial to today’s generation.
